Create a new project in Descript where you can upload your working files, write your script, start recording your screen or remote guests, and create rough cuts faster with text-based editing that lets you edit your transcript to edit your video.
2Invite your team to collaborate
Click on Project access to invite your team members by email, or copy a project link to share. You can set different permission levels for each collaborator, ensuring that everyone has the appropriate access to edit, comment, or view the project. Invite as many Basic members as you'd like for free to view or comment. You only pay for Editor seats.
3Review and finalize
Basic members can use Descript's commenting feature to gather their feedback directly on the timeline or transcript, making it easy to discuss changes and make decisions as a team, while Editors can script and edit projects with you. When you're video is finalized, you can export it, generate an embed code or web link, or share it directly to supported platforms like YouTube or Wistia.
